GUARDIAN ANGELS’ KNITTING

Laidley Baptist Church has a group of ladies who knit and crochet items for a project called ‘Guardian Angel’. They are associated with ‘Save the Children, Australia’ The items knitted or crocheted are distributed to babies, toddlers and children to help them stay warm and healthy. Some of the items made include rugs, beanies, scarves and jumpers.  ‘Save The Children, Australia’ provides education, health, protection and emergency relief programs to vulnerable children in Australia and overseas.  Items are distributed through these programs to help those who need them most.
